SCGSoil profile CO2 gradient monitoring system consists of soil profile different deep CO2 sensors, O2 sensors (optional), soil temperature sensors, soil humidity sensors, soil surface breathing rooms (optional), data collectors and ground weather stations. Soil surface breathing rooms are transparent and non-transparent, where transparent breathing rooms are used to measure soil breathing and plant photosynthesis net breathing.
