SGK fully automatic type expander machine is equipped with the host's coupling traction device and corresponding program interface, can both be connected with the extrusion host and can be made a single machine practical, when expanding the tube's movement is all using a displacement method, the operation is smooth and not easy to damage the tube, this model uses infrared heating method and is a double heating furnace type, each heating furnace is equipped with a central heating furnace core, forming method is all using a protective tube head configuration method, the pipe door forming size is accurate, this model has a diffuser type bearing port (straight port) and an expandable sealing ring type bearing port (R port) on the control panel, the expansion method is very convenient, the process adaptability is strong, the main electrical control components are all using imported components, the system performance is stable and reliable.
